The elegant white villas and charming surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. the sparkling ensuite shower rooms with fluffy towels and quality toiletries added an extra touch of luxury. The cooked breakfast, featuring local Devon bacon and sausages, was delicious and a great way to start the day. the owners, Sharon and Mark, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the location was ideal, with easy access to Torquay's restaurants and attractions. I especially enjoyed visiting the nearby village of Cockington and exploring the thatched cottages and woodland. the recommendations for dining out were spot on, and I loved trying the locally smoked kippers and salmon for breakfast. the free on-site parking and free WiFi were also convenient amenities. Overall, my experience at Melba House was superb, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay in Torquay.
